The neighbourhood is also home to a large Hispanic community with a population that of 4,154 that is roughly 47% Latino, thus giving it the highest concentration of Hispanic residents in the city.
Tracy investigates a woman of Indian origin who has gone missing. One of the points central in the investigation is arranged marriages in India. Arranged marriage is a tradition in the societies of the Indian subcontinent, and continue to account for an overwhelming majority of marriages in the Indian subcontinent.
Vita’s parents live in Bellevue. Bellevue is a city in the Eastside region of King County, Washington, located across Lake Washington from Seattle.
Vita’s body is found in Bridle Traits, a state park. Bridle Trails State Park offers more than 28 miles of pleasant, forested trails conveniently located between Bellevue and Kirkland. This park is popular with horseback riders, so while dogs are allowed, they must be kept on leash to avoid startling horses.
Tracy discovers that Vita had been sugar dating. Sugar dating is a pseudo-romantic transactional sexual relationship between an older wealthy person and a younger person.
